Land Park Real Estate is located in a neighborhood in the city of Sacramento. Land Park consists of mainly single family homes from the 1920's and 1940's. Land Park, is named after the regional park that it encircles: Named for William Land who gave $250,000 for Sacramento to purchase the 161 acre park site. Today Land Park is a favorite spot for many Sacramento natives to own real estate and make it their home.

Neighboring Land Park to the south is the neighborhood of South Land Park. This neighborhood is bordered to the north by Sutterville Road, to the east by Freeport Blvd, to the west by Interstate 5 and to the south by Fruitridge Road. Even further south is South Land Park Hills is a neighborhood South Land Park. This is the area bound by Fruitridge Road on the north, Pocket Road on the south, Freeport Boulevard/State Route 160 on the east, and Interstate 5 on the west. Parks in South Land Park Hills include Reichmuth Park, Cooledge Park, and Argonaut Park.
