Earlier this year I discovered a program by Monica Main on how to buy apartment buildings. I bought her program and read through it. There are over 300 pages in her program on apartment building investing. Monica Main really understands how to do the apartment investing aspect though. It is evident that she has had many challenges in her life from her program. She shares many of the hard things she has been through in her program.
